TIMELINE:
-Eric July, after years of making YouTube videos complaining about woke comic books and comic book adaptations, announces he is going to make his own comic book universe. He crowdfunds 3.7 million dollars. The first book will be ISOM. It has the same name as a Christian ministry for some unknowable reason.
-Vito predicts ISOM will be bad because Eric isn’t a writer (HINDSIGHT 20/20). Dick praises Eric’s marketing skills. Turning disenfranchised comic book fans into a force against the industry is the real story Eric is selling.
-7/16/22 Tony from hack the Movies, THE MAIN CHARACTER, interrupts an episode of Biggest Problem to yell at Vito. Says Vito is just jealous of Eric July. Shits on SUPERKILLER. Dick tells Vito to be friends with Eric to shill his own comic, SUPERKILLER. Vito refuses. Undoubtedly missing out on a bunch of pay pigs.
-Everyone mocks Vito and calls him jealous. What fools we were.
-At the end of a Biggest Problem episode Dick tells Vito to be nicer to Eric. Vito agrees.
-ISOM #1 comes out, months go by and no one reviews it. That’s odd for a community that complains about all media these days. There is no digital copy available. All his friends, most of whom are also reviewers, bought a physical copy. Yet there are no reviews.
-5/19/23 Dick asks Nina Infinity on a livestream if ISOM is good. He asks her “What’s your favorite part?”. She rips open the plastic and skims it. Insisting both before and after that it is good.
-Pirates finally scan ISOM. Possibly because Dick complained he couldn’t find a scan.
-5/26/23 Dick reviews it, it is bad. Calls it a first draft.
-5/28/23 Eric threatens Dick for his bad review, “PULL UP”, and streams about Dick for 5 days. Calls Dick a crack smoking hoe ass N word and Buster Baxter. Dick raps as Buster Baxter. Bunnies eventually become an anti Eric symbol.
-Eric denies he ever threatened Dick with violence. Talks about how he “used to bang” (Eric by his own admission is a former criminal). Claims people misunderstand his violent outburst because they are white. Which is incredibly racist towards Black people if you think about it. Black comedian Manny Muskets says he obviously used “Pull Up” as a “Come fight me” threat/challenge. Then Eric July uses “Pull Up” on the invite to a fan event.
-6/13/23 Riley, producer of The Dick Show, “threatens” to get in shape in order to pull up and shave Eric’s weirdly hairy shoulders.
-Dick says selling a bad comic book and a hat for almost one hundred dollars is a scam. It is. Also asks “Why are there no reviews?” when a member of the reviewer community made something.
-Dick debates Eric and Eric’s friends on a livestream. Argues about ISOM being trash and or a scam. Turns into Dick having to argue that Vito isn’t a pedophile to Eric’s friends. “You think my friend’s bad comic book is bad? Well your friend is a pedophile!”. These people are children. Ironic. Dick *apologizes* for the insults and recommends Eric take a writing class. Leaves the stream.
-Vito joins the stream and apologizes for every joke/tweet that makes idiots think he is a pedophile. Eric’s friends wish death on Vito the entire stream. Especially the fat pedophiles YellowFlash and ThatUmbrellaGuy. Canada introduced euthanasia recently so they alternate between saying “Vito” and “pedos” should move there. Like a 100 times. Only EVS empathizes with Vito because he himself was falsely labelled a Nazi.
-Nerdrotic does a stream with Eric. Nerdrotic, meth head, boasts that Eric defeated Dick Masterson, “the last edgelord of the internet”.
-Sycophants posts reviews of ISOM #1. Praising the premiere packaging.
-Dick investigates Eric July’s donations to CHARITY. CHARITY gives comic books to sick kids. Dick emails the CHARITY. You buy ISOM #1 for half price ($17.50) → Eric sends the comic, not the money, to the charity. There was a lot of people saying the $17.50 was his production cost, which is insane. According to Vito, it costs less than $3 to print each comic. Dick calls it a scam. Suspects some kind of tax fraud write off angle. Charity tells Dick they need money not books. Eric donates $8,000 in money not comic books. CHARITY TELLS DICK THEY DIDN’T EXPECT ANY MONEY FROM ERIC.
-Eric gets critics, like Obtuse Gnome, and Riley’s parody banned off twitter with copyright abuse. Eric claims it is ok because the critics “obviously” used pirated copies of ISOM #1 in their reviews. Also, using pirated images is not a clause in DMCA. Ignoring that you can’t prove it’s pirated. Eric and his friends pirate media to review it ALL THE TIME. They have bragged about it. Also, Eric is in theory an anarcho-capitalist, he should be against DMCA strikes on principle. They are against the age of consent FFS!
-Dick and Vito review ISOM #2. It is somehow worse.
-8/21/23 EVS gets banned from twitter, possibly retaliation by critics of Eric for getting banned for criticizing Eric
-8/8/23 An independent journalist, OBTUSE GNOME LOL, emails the MINISTRY NAMED ISOM. Despite the fact independent journalist means “any guy who calls himself a journalist,” people think this is impersonating a journalist. Also contacts the CHARITY. Morons think it is Dick and/or Vito. Many combine the MINISTRY AND THE CHARITY WHEN SAYING DICK AND VITO ARE IN THE WRONG.
-Ministry has a lawsuit prepared against Eric for trademark infringement. Eric’s fans do not understand what trademark even is. Harass ministry.
-Dick finds the potential lawsuit against Eric hilarious. Vito feels bad. Vito offers to help Eric defend his trademark. Comicsgate take this as an admission of guilt because he used the word “WE” again.
-Rekieta hates the lawsuit against Eric and says the Ministry has no case. He also says Dick and Vito obviously didn’t send the email to the MINISTRY. Eric’s fans demand he reign Dick in or break up with him.
-Eric releases a video saying the MINISTRY lawsuit is no big deal and implies he will sue Dick/Vito because it is all their fault. Believes they are Obtuse Gnome. Claims to have a smoking gun. Doesn’t show it. Talks about how Dick talked to the CHARITY. Eric denies getting critics banned. Eric claims to have more “receipts”. Implies civil case against them that somehow ends in jail. Ends video with “we will be moving in silence,”. Eric’s fans wish deaf on Dick and Vito because they can’t write either.
-Quartering condemns Dick and Vito. Sucks up to Eric. “Anything you need, Eric,”.
-Null tweets Dick “will be slaughtered like a pig” by Eric’s lawsuit and it is all Vito the “greasy pedophile’s” fault. Null thinks they sent the email to the ministry and believes Eric has receipts. Fantasizes about the lawsuit legally raping Dick and Vito to death on his stream. “You can’t help bad people,”-Null, on Dick ignoring his advice.
-Eric puts out an essay on twitter saying he will not appear on Rekieta’s streams in regards to either lawsuit.
-Vito changes his attitude and makes tweets/videos telling Eric July to go fuck himself. Tweets that he is collecting evidence for a countersuit.
-Eric does a livestream where he says he is not suing anybody. He has no idea where someone would get that impression. That his lawyers will handle the ISOM MINISTRY amicably. Tweets that he will “handle” Dick and Vito in the future.

-Nick Rekieta, the biggest internet lawyer, explains that you can’t murder pranksters on public property. This upsets Eric and his mentally deranged cabal.
-9/28-9/23 Eric July demands to appear on Nick Rekieta’s stream. Nick complies. Nick argues that Eric can’t murder Riley. Eric whines about Dick Masterson bullying him. Nick explains he can’t control Dick. Eric admits he has no proof Vito/Dick are responsible for the ISOM trademark lawsuit. Despite Nick’s best efforts, Eric accidentally confesses to charity fraud. Repeatedly. The two part amicably.
-9/28/23 The following day, Eric July cope streams that Rekieta is two faced. Repeats everything that Nick Rekieta debunked the previous night. Eric July supporters complain that Nick would never question Dick Masterson like he questioned Eric.
-Nick Rekieta drunkenly reacts to Eric’s cope stream. Insults Eric while also saying Eric did not commit charity fraud, but also that Eric does not understand the law whatsoever. Insists that Eric is just really bad at explaining shit. Dick Masterson joins the stream and they argue about Eric, Riley and Dick’s hate towards Eric. They also joke around most of the time. It ends with Rekieta revealing to Dick that Eric has a loyalty list. Rekieta isn’t on it despite being more than fair to Eric. That Eric has been a bad friend lately. Dick declares he’s going to go harder on Eric and his friends.

-10/12/23 Eric releases a video insulting ISOM for the lawsuit. Eric reveals ISOM and almost all other main characters’ names come from his long deceased family. That he never met. Weird.
-10/14/23 A hero visits the long neglected grave of brave confederate soldier Isom Knox. Eric July fucking cries like a fucking bitch. Tearfully mumbles some shit into his microphone while livestreaming. His fans do the whole “I would’ve murdered him,” tough guy routine. Again.
-10/16/23 The Night Letter: Eric July burns his bridge with EVS. EVS said Eric should be more open to criticism. This would’ve been useful advice before publishing a comic and violating a trademark, but it’s the thought that counts. Eric did not take this well. EVS reveals text and phone call where Eric threatens EVS. From 8/10/23.
Basically Eric will turn all of Comicsgate against EVS because Eric can’t handle an ounce of friendly pushback. EVS streams and vents that Eric has done jack shit to really help him. I can not overstate how often EVS played devil’s advocate for Eric. Comicsgate exists because of EVS and Eric’s ship is sinking. This would’ve been a terrifying threat awhile ago. Now, not so much. Also, EVS’ books sell because of talent, not because he is a token that is accidentally good at marketing.

Cliff’s Cyborg (when he worked for DC) is his ISOM model with metal on most of him. Meaning, Cliff did not make a unique model for Eric’s flagship character. Rippa fans cope that this is standard for the comic book industry. The industry Eric has endlessly campaigned against.
-12/2/23 Null announces he has read ISOM 1. Proudly points out that the Etsy ad is a flaw, months after Dick and Vito did.
Ultimately, he thinks it is good. Shit taste. Null says his favorite part is the second fight with the big bouncer at the end.

Episode 168 of the Biggest Problem Vito tries to sandbag Riley’s win. Then rants about Mint being the problem and a talentless whore. Mint does not take this lying down and makes a website SUPERKILLER.NOW where you can see the full comic albeit with incomplete art for last quarter. Vito claims this isnt an own. Apparently, Frog Tony was going to do this at some point but EVS talked him out of it.
